Rocket bunny + wheels

I'm getting the rocket bunny kit and the Volk Racing G25s like in this picture, and I am getting Tien street coilovers to lower it.

http://jdmego.files.wordpress.com/20...08399391_o.jpg

(Specs of wheels and rims in picture)

Greddy Demo Car Wheel and Tire Specs:
ADVAN NEOVA
Front: 265/30R19
Rear 275/30R19

RAYS VOLK RACING G25
Front: 19 × 10.5J +32 with Kics spacer 20mm
Rear: 19 × 10.5J +22 with Kics spacer 30mm

I don't need race tyres though. Any will do as long as they're decent.

I'd like to know what spacers I'd need and what width tyres/what profile tyres I'd need to fit 18 inch variants of those rims. I'm in vic so I have to be within +15m of the original rolling diameter. I have a GTS so I believe they're 215 sections and a profile of 45. However, I also have to be +100mm above the ground at all points and want to know if everything will fit legally. Could someone measure the space at lowest point under their 86 and figure some things out/calculations etc. It's mostly a wheel problem but also exterior cosmetics so I wasn't quite sure where to put it.

Any help is much appreciated and I can email back if someone was to PM me.
Bit paranoid here, want everything to be legal and to fit well, as I'm on green Ps right now, and VIC is harsh like that.

Cheers everyone.

I have the 8.75's on 235/40 all around, i would run that up front 245/40 is pretty beefy especially if you plan to lower it. 265/35 i think would be fine for the rear.

can you post a pic of the tire and wheel? Or send me a link if you've posted already?

Thanks I was hoping to see the front view of wheel/tire to see how much it hangs off the side.

My build thread should have more pics in there including before drop and after. It will poke about a half inch up front without a drop/camber.

Rear : XXR530 18.975 / 265|35-18

Would this be too wide and rub? Any issues with running these sizes?

PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!
what's the offset? +35? +15?

I think the options are either +35 and +20.
