I did, those are installed when you run the "install drivers" after the downloader app. I'll give it a shot again, and manually install.

if your dongle was recognized it wouldnt be red where its red on your screen, it would be green

reboot
plug in dongle
reinstall drivers

We don't have flashes actually just the cable and key

In the feature and license information mine just says
Retail Customer

I didn't get a flash drive or an email with a tune on it...

I ran the updates. I can't do what's pictured in the third and fourth photos in the first post.

Make sure the ProECU cable and dongle are both plugged in.

It says multiple times the tune file will come with the cable and key but it didn't, sorry been waiting 6 weeks and thought i was going to be able to reflash my car when it came in but now don't know what to do.
