Yeah, after the disaster with the in laws on Sunday and Monday it was nice to have some alone time with the car. Very good turnout, over 100 cars. Mine was the only FRS/BRZ. Was well received by the older crowd. Apperently there is a lot of cash in the area as there were come beautiful cars out. Still planning on Calabogie on the 22 as well.

there are a 2 FR-S in Rockland including me

but I think the other one is a casual female driver that doesn't really know about the FR-S scene... she just looks at me weird when I wave to her

ive never been to that meetup even though I pass by every Tuesday... a lot of older "classic" cars.

I forgot about the Gatineau Auto Show getting revived this weekend - it was the Aylmer AutoShow for 20yrs until 2011 - and it is in the same place in the park/beach of the Aylmer Marina Park area: http://www.autoshowgatineau.com/

This is pretty much an open house to check out the track. Get a chance to drive on the 5 kilometer long CMP track (parade laps) and hang out.

No helmets needed for the parade laps, so this is a great time to bring the family onto the track.
