About to start my daily ritual:

Drink a whole bunch of caffeine out of boredom.
Worry about how I'll feel drinking energy drinks on an empty stomach (it's never good) so eat some muffins.
Put my headphones on and listen to metal and little bit of rock loudly.
Get REAL FUCKIN' PSYCHED!
Sit around and browse the forums aggressively.
Be sad that everyone's asleep but me and a few cats from Australia.
Have nothing to do, but still be red lining from all the caffeine, so sit around and think of crazy shit.
Try real hard not to buy things.
Probably buy things.
Crash.
Yawn a lot and be miserable while I wait for the day to end so I can do it all again tomorrow.

Aaaaand cracking open drink #1 now...

@Dimman my search for another place that does welding ended in failure, Delta it is. Hmmm...how does 270 duration, 9.6mm maximum lift sound? (stock is 9.3mm lift) Should be future proofed for my 300M rod upgrade and possibly destroke (2ZZ crank with 1ZZ rod length gives a yummy 1.73 rod/stroke ratio).

CSG Mike calls it the pedal dance, but most people call it the brake dance. Personally, I think "brake dance" is way catchier. Here for the punzzzzz.

EDITS on EDITS: @Speedy000, I just noticed your signature. I shoot with a D80 and I just bought a D3100 from another FT86Club member to give to my girlfriend as a Christmas present. Flickr is blocked at work, but I'll be sure to check out your stuff later. Always happy to meet other photographers via other means (cars, in this case.)

When I get home from this deployment, I want to build a whole new portfolio from scratch. I've got a new subject to use now! I purchased my car about 2 months into the deployment, so I haven't even seen it in person yet. I've also gotten a few friend requests on Model Mayhem that I can't respond to because that website is blocked in this entire country, and the website doesn't function well through a proxy.

So... once I get home... IT'S ON!!! Shutter's going to catch fire.
