Part of the physical was to give a urine sample. So, you urinated in a vile and stood in line, stark assed naked, in front of one of 3 female nurses that took the sample and put a bobber in it.

If you were one of those females, can you imagine the discussion at the end of the day with your husband, when he asked ....... "what did you do today, honey" .........

Well, my take on this is that I understand that several folks from Asian countries believe that there is a "pecking order" if you will, for folks from various countries in Asia. So, to be polite, the folks from those countries, just refer to the folks from all of Asia as Asian.

NO, I will not list the order, as it was related to me, by several "Asian" friends.

Asia is a big place with some considerable cultural differences between the different countries. And how many say "I am Asian" when in fact other than appearance they are no more "Asian" than I am since they are several generations into being North American?

Probably because when someone asks what their background is, they say "I'm Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc." they usually get the response "Oh, so you're Asian?"

Somehow I didn't get this mention...
