The old me would say, hell yeah! Now... not so much. They've let me down too much in the past. They do show some promise for sure, but again the Western Conference is stacked.

You are. We suck. We're going to suck for a while. We won't tank enough to get a good draft pick, Kobe makes sure of that (which is what happened last season as well).

Even though the Celt's loss by 1, I'm okay with that. Lebron did a lot of work to keep his team alive. However, it was bone head move to let Rondo be the last guy with ball in the final crucial seconds of a potential game winner.

Plus, the Spurs and Cavs game showed Lebron, Irving, and Love need more work to get the ream chemistry going.

Glad Dallas was able to contain John Wall last night. He still logged a double double, but Brendan Wright and JJ Barea were huge in the final minutes of the game.

I'd say part of the blame should to go Blatt as well. He's never been put in a position to coach arguably one of the most talented and physically gifted players on the planet at the moment, let alone 2 other superstars in Love and Irving. I think come all-star break they'll finally start making some progess, barring any team chemistry meltdowns. Personally I wouldn't mind Cleveland sucking it up all season but I do need somebody to put up a fight to keep Miami away from the finals. MFFL!

Valid point. Maybe that lets us know just how bad of a job Blatt is doing.

Too lazy to find it, but the gifs/Vines of Lebron basically dictating the huddle during that Spurs game might have something to do with it. Isn't Blatt Russian? He should've bitched-slapped James out of the way so he could coach.

But from what I hear he doesn't really coach much. Kinda like Spoelstra's "uhh... just.. uh, give it to Lebron" coaching.

Yea most superstars need a coach willing to give them a good b**tch slapping when they go diva mode. The lax coaching style only works for well rounded teams consisting of low maintenance guys. Just look at the Spurs, Mavs, and post-Melo Nuggets when they still had Karl.
