darn, id need longer lugs even with just a 10mm spacer? i cant go any skinnier because these 235's are ever so slightly stretched as it is

I got 5mm spacers and had to get lugs. But my XXRs might have had more meat between the lug well and the mount face than stockers or whatever you may have. The lugs weren't that hard to replace but you'll need extended lug nuts too. Are you lowered? If not, you can get coilovers cuz they are much skinnier than stock springs. I dunno if they still have them but IAG performance had a set of ST coils in their used items for $300.

darn im on xxr's too and lowered on eibach springs, i found a set of 10mm spacers with extended lugs on FT86sf for a decent price i might get those but for the meantime can my tires damage the spring? I care less about the tire than my springs since i get almost free tires

I don't see it damaging the spring. I'd get some bed liner or undercoating spray to shoot your springs with when you get the interference worked out. Just don't want them to rust

Hey folks .......I washed my FR-S .....and dried it off ...... yep, the whole car ...... including the wheels ...... in one session .......

Now, even after the wash, the water still beads up ....... does that mean I don't need to wax it ......??

washing your car with a good car wash will not remove the wax. If the water beads up you are good.

....... but, but ...... my driveway slopes down .........

However, that does give me an idea.

With this, then I could also wax the lower half of the car (for the first time) ....

Thanks!

After 1 ankle, and two knee surgeries, I got me one of those roller stools down at the Pep Boys. I only have to go down once, roll around and wax the bottom half and do the tires and rims, then one up. Has a tray under the seat to hold wax/tire black. Love it.
