Thats not bad Im 5'8" at 245lbs

I use to crossfit for about 2 years and was super bulking and then a bad car accident/moving nixed all of that. Now that I am back in the city and don't like to wait in traffic Ill have to start going back to the gym.

I've been slacking in the gym department, blame summer, and now that fall is starting to edge itself in I'll be creeping back into my normal workout routine too.

And there it is, folks. Samsung has just unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at IFA Berlin. This S-Pen equipped device is the biggest departure yet from Samsung’s typical design language, with the back of the device being covered with a premium leather material. It looks like a nice change of pace from the fantastic plastic we’ve been seeing so much of.
Hardware

Samsung has included a 5.7-inch 1080p HD display, and although it’s bigger than the Note 2′s Samsung said they were able to keep the width the exact same. The device is powered by either a 2.3GHz quad-core processor or Samsung’s 1.9GHz Octa Core Exynos processor (one set of four Cortex-A15 cores @ 1.9GHz, with another set of low-powered Cortex-A7 cores @ 1.3GHz), though the exact processor will vary from market to market.
With that, we’re also getting a 13 megapixel backside-illuminated rear camera with “smart stabilization,” and a 2 megapixel front camera of similar ilk, both of which can record full 1080p HD video. Other specs include a ridiculous 3GB of RAM, either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot, a 3,200 mAh battery, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, WiFi a/b/g/n/ac and more.
