Getting on an on ramp, car infront of me, we have a blinking yellow arrow (yield) with no on coming traffic.
The car infront of me isn't moving.
I honk my horn, he starts driving (maybe about 5mph, not over 10mph for sure), he continues at this speed on the on ramp to get on the highway... then comes to a complete stop, I swerve to try and miss him.

No kidding.
I'm surprised how messed up my car got even through it was such a low speed impact. Of course his car has barely a scratch compared to mine.
From my inspection, looks like only the bumper, fender and headlight need to be replaced.
Hood is undamaged (thanks to clear bra) and open and closes just fine.
Taking it for an official inspection tomorrow though, so we'll see.
