Was going for just gloss black. It would be easier to paint it, in my opinion

Took a drive to the Annapolis city dock for a car meetup That started at 9:00am,got there at 10:00am and not a parking place to be had. Circled the lot twice, lots of nice hot rods and sports cars, even a competition BMW 2002,gutted interior and roll cage,an MG TD,Porsches and the usual vettes. Came home by a different route and got lost and ended up at the US Naval Academy Golf Club. Those guys have it rough on the taxpayers dime! I'll have to go earlier next time. Did pass a BMW Z4 coupe on the way down. Pretty car,but not my cup of tea. We gave each other the thumbs up,at least mine was!

Took out the clutch spring today. wow what a difference! Coming from a speed3 where the clutch is super heavy, loved that feeling, missed it in the 86. Spring removed = good ol heavy clutch.

I did quite a lot, even though I haven't owned it for to long. Probably will make a 6 month ownership / mods video soon.

I've owned my car for 3 years as of today.

71,000+ miles, 5 track days, 3 seasons worth of autocross, 3 winters worth of ice racing, a ton of road trips, and probably 6-7 different wheel and tire combinations later, I still love driving it.

Nice bikes, I'd have them now.

I've still got a 2004 boxer cup. It'll probably be my last big bike, I can't find anything I want to replace it with.

I saw a 2002 the other day. It looked tiny. Still lovely though. I always wanted a Lancia Fulvia. Kind of the same shape but just, well, sexier all round.
