FT86speedfactory. I think it's the only place you can get silver ones, which is what I wanted.

Made the jump to STX over the winter. If you can wait it out I highly suggest waiting till black friday to buy stuff. Ended up getting most of my stuff during black friday sales and everything was like 12-20% off. Total cost has been around 6200 doing all the work myself besides the tune. Also haven't touched brakes (will happen this winter).

Personally have been using the GC coilover kit since I had the konis from CS and so far seems great. If i don't drive like crap I can get into the top 10 PAX at the local events and we have around 20ish national thophy/class winners. I also feel like i'm not good enough that I'd notice if I had better shocks so YMMV.

My BRZ is mostly going to be a street driven car, but my 17x9 +35 rpf1s will be here next week, I have a set of 255 RS3s already laying around from my last car, and I figure MCS and a few other bits and bobs will set me down the path. I'll wait a bit for the header and tune but for local (rougher) lots that I won't take my 240 to (because it's a full spherical car and the rough lots tend to wear out bearings quickly) it'll be fine and should be plenty of fun.
Any idea if the +35 RPF1's with 255's will fit the stock suspension without rubbing? Right now I'm still using 225's on my RPF1's, but want to go wider next season.

I think it fits from what I've read on here, just not necessarily elegant as the car is more or less a monster truck at that point.

I'm going to try and get all my stuff installed at the same time.

They will "fit". It looks like a monster car, but they do fit. I put them on just before I put my coilovers on.

As for coils, I have RCE tarmac 2's, I love them!

Do these cars get any benefit in using 3" intake/exhaust in STX trim or is it only helpful for Turbo cars?

For example...

Midpipes can either be 2.5" or 3" outlet into the axleback
Intakes from Perrin are available in 2.75" or 3"

Thanks for the pics! I'm actually using RCE Yellow springs, so maybe mine won't look quite as monster truck. I may just go with 245's to be safe though since I'm running -2 camber up front. I think that should be enough meat on a good 200TW tire. BTW good choice on the RCE Tarmac 2's.

Thanks.
Gonna spend about 6 to 10k. Would be nice to see more local STX drivers. We have MCS 2-way non-remote

Not sure how much gain you get from the intake, but we have stock intake with the Perrin tube. I drove Karlton's with the Skunk2 intake (recommended by Moto-East) and didn't feel much difference.

We both uses 2.5" exhaust.

Thank you Justin. Very helpful, it's easy to get lost in the sea of parts and options, so by knowing what to use or avoid helps narrow it down. My spreadsheet is at about $9k right now and I still a few smaller things left to add. The MCS w/ springs and camber plates is about half of that, lol. This is going to be a lot of money if I want to do it right.

Not sure what we are gonna do for next year. The options in Street are kind of meh right now and STX lets me fix just about every issue I have with the BRZ in Street trim. Plus STX looks like a lot of fun racing against you, Mack, Karlton, and the rest of SFR.

Thanks again, I'm sure I'll have more questions as I keep looking into it.

Rear swaybar install question for the STX crowd: I put on a Whiteline rear bar this week, and the end link mounting points aren't anywhere near horizontal even with the end links as short as they go. I used the middle adjustment hole, so if I want to use the stiffest setting, the bar will REALLY be angled up. I can't imagine any other way to do it, but this just doesn't seem right. Thoughts?
