Whereabouts are you looking and when? Might have to arrange a flyby if you really haven't had the chance to see one.

In regards to the whole financing / paying off full thing....that's been pretty beat to death already.
Ooh, I'll have to keep my eye out for a flash of Ultramarine.

I'm not in a hurry to make the purchase, and I've been pretty busy with other things so it hasn't been a priority. I'll probably pull the trigger at some point between now and November.

haha sorry, you're right.

So mine still hasn't come in yet (hopefully this week ^_^) but coming back from Austin to Houston the other day, my friend pretty much screamed in the car so I looked up from playing on my phone (i was the passenger) and I saw a Raven FRS. I was kinda bummed, cause I wanted mine to be the first one I saw on the road haha. It was sexy, but I refused to gawk at it until I can gawk at my own coming in.

Had a few people tell me that it's a nice car. A few people surprised it's a scion. Everybody that sees it in person loves it.

Had a guy pull up next to me on a Harley and asked me if it's the car that they've been advertising on TV, and said it looks nice.

Got a couple waves, a light flicker, and countless broken necks.

guy: Wait, THIS is the FR-S? How much?
me: $25 grand.
guy: Say whaaat?! Dude, I gotta go check this out!

The other day I passed a police car going the other way that did a u-turn (illegally) and followed me for 6 blocks. No, I wasn't speeding or anything. Although the 86's look like they're going fast even when parked.

Had a cop tail me today. We stopped at the light and asked me what year my car was, if it was a new model, how much horsepower, if it was 4 cylinder. Answered all his questions and his partner asked how much. When I told them, they went wow really that's a nice car and have a good day sir. Must say they were really cool and I made sure not to speed as they followed me for another 10 blocks. Had thumbs up n stuff before but never from cops.

Media was a bit critical of Toyota for designing the car and media sorta gives a vast majority of credit to Subaru for engineering work. Yet, it's the aesthetics that everyone sees first. Love the stories.

Haven't had any cops, had a guy in an infiniti sedan pull up and ask some of the same questions last night. And a guy on a bike get right on my ass at a stoplight (front wheel of the bike beside my rear panel), then proceed to fly around me and zip through traffic.

I live in a town where sports cars and highly modified tuner cars are common so not many looks where I'm at. My car enthusiast buddies love it though and it gets a lot of attention at car meets.

Oh and every cop I drive by slows down to an unreasonably slow speed to try and catch me speeding. -_-

Driving home from work when a lady in Lexus IS F pulls up next to my FR-S.
I can see her eyeing my car and I look over.
She does the universal "roll your window down" motion, which I do.
"I love your car!" she exclaims.
"But your driving a IS F, that's way nicer then this car." I replied.
She then says what no guy wants to ever hear, "Yea, but its so small and cute."
I smile and yell, "Thanks!" as drive away after the light turns green.
Story of my life...

That's a fancy insult, also known as the "backhanded compliment."
