My first FR-S had 197 miles on it when I got it from the dealership because I ordered RED and they dealer traded with another dealership and drove it to my dealership.

My second FRS is a series 10 which had about 30 miles on it. But I did test drive the hell out of it before I purchased

9 miles on it before the test drive. 13miles after the test drive and 15 miles the next day at delivery when I drove it off the lot.

4 miles when I hopped in to test drive, 6 when I drove it home. Test drove and bought it the same day. That's when I finally understood the term 'love at first sight'

Had test driven a BRZ in July of 2012... didn't grab me at the time... Then one day I said to the wife let's stop by the Toyota Dealer and test drive an FRS. They had a Firestorm Red on the lot... (a.k.a Ferrari's only true color) Test Drove it.. and bought it 20 minutes later... Unfortunately it had 267 miles on it (and that made me sick as a dog.. thinking about everyone test driving it and abusing it). Still to this day not sure if everything is ok (just roll past 16k). Had a lot of freakin noises (including a throw out bearing rattle that got me worried) but it all seems to have disappear. The body creaks.. and the rear suspension seems soft (but I have nothing to compare it to). Love the car.. but it need like 300 ft-lbs of torque to really make it special. Maybe I'll get rid of it when the 2.5 Liter comes out in 2015.

They installed a solenoid before I bought it to (try) to fix the CEL problem. It did go away for a while but has come back intermittently. After installation, they had to test drive it and get it up to operating temp for a while. Would never have bought that particular one if my Gen 5 Prelude with 300K miles didn't have oil mixing with the water! Lol.
