$845 port installed at a Toyota owned region, don't know about the independent distributors Southeast Toyota or Gulf States Toyota. It's part of the BeSpoke audio upgrade package, PIO code P3. You can add it almost up to the last minute at the port or post-delivery from your dealer.

Another way to look at it is you'll never get better navigation than what's on your smartphone. So just get a smartphone mount instead and call it good.

Although there's something to be said for the quality of BeSpoke maps on the 2014 unit. From the little I've seen so far (one hour), I'd put the detail of the default widescreen 3D view close to my Garmin 3597 w/s mount in the FJC. Also, the BeSpoke screen is well placed so as to not disrupt sight lines. Plus I have other stuff hanging off the w/s now (V-1, Zi10, UltraGauge) and am out of space. But the elephant in the room is the cost of annual map updates that are free from Garmin and everyone else, ??? from Scion.

had to call Toyota Roadside Assistance today cause like a jack, I left the dome light on all night. Got someone out to jump my car in less than 30 mins. Very impressed and glad the service comes with the car free for two years.

Pfft, my Perrin resonated catback installation took four hours of emails, phone calls and pics to a factory tech who couldn't figure out a fitment problem. So I had to pack up and drive an hour to Perrin where they fixed it in a half-hour. Fortunately I wasn't embarrassed by cockpit trouble, the fault was with their incomplete instructions that I think will be edited after my experience.

So I'm a day behind schedule and have to Griot's wash, machine polish and wax this morning (paint has light etching from industrial fallout while sitting at the port for over two weeks) before heading out.

Although they need a better tech writer, the Perrin facility is first rate, the staff friendly and very interested in the 10 Series bells and whistles. They were going on about how much they thought of all the BRZ/FR-S versions, this was "the one" to get for the features, styling and price. Spot on!

847 is at Toyota Sunnyvale. M/T, and it has the TRD exhaust, bumper applique, wheel locks and....leather seats. Yuck. Oh well, I was still all over it. First time I've seen one in person, and I fell in love with the color and the GT86 lights.
