It's tough to describe but it's how the dialog doesn't talk down to the audience the way hollywood does. Does that make any sense?

Watching Barakamon was like going to a birthday party or a picnic outdoors, chock full of excited children running all over the place, doing what they do best. As an adult (supposedly), you feel slightly out of place but the child in you just wants to jump up and down with them in frantic jubilation without a care in the world. There is a cake too: a black forest with strawberry toppings and as you immerse yourself in the jovial mood, you admit that the feeling of sharing a slice with everyone is sweeter than the cake itself.

Its that time again......Time for some new anime shows coming up. I have to watch a few of them to see how they are. I need to finish Taboo Tattoo from last season and I kind of want to re watch My Teen Romantic Comedy and Kill La Kill

Ultramaroon, I see you are looking for anime... here's a show I'm hyped on because Volume 4 is coming out very soon - fights unlike anything else yet a story and characters that works well to get you involved. Thing about it is everything works together to form the story, unlike anything I've seen before - the trailers, the music soundtrack, the openings...all are part of the story and become relevant as it progresses:

Just finished Volume 3 after much pestering from my friend, had put it off for months.

At a lost for words, to be honest. Shit got real. Handful of mouth dropping events. There were a few tears shed. Damn....

Taboo Tattoo was meh... I was sad how it turned out.

Bungou Stray Dog S2 - Interesting first epi. Will keep watching it.
Occultic;Nine - Boobs... I mean, huge boobs. What was story? lol Overall interested to see how they gonna do this series. (scary or comedy)
Haikyuu!! S3 - I haven't finished watching 2nd season, so I need to watch that before watching this.
Drifters - I like Hellsing (which was done by same ppl), so thought story concept was good, so I'll prob keep watching it.
Shuumatsu no Izetta - 1st epi was too slow and 2nd epi is still lining things up, so felt boring... but I'll prob keep watching it.
Keijo - O;N was bout boobs, this was all bout ass... & lil bit of boobs. I was laughing whole time. I'll prob keep watching it.
Yuri - This is totally fujoshi anime... but I'll keep watching it.
Trickster - Hm... no comment atm. Feels like Guilty Crown kinda concept, but they're using few mystery into the plot. I'll watch 2~3 more epi and decide to keep watching or drop it.
Ajin S2 - Still waiting
Nanbaka - Laughed here and there... but not sure everyone gets this series.
Hibike! Euphonium S2 - I haven't even finish watching first season, so I'll watch that first.
3-Gatsu no Lion - Enjoying the chara design. Will see how this series gonna turn out.
Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku - I hate series like this. Again, I'll say this. I HATE Mahou Shoujo series that kill off charas. Sorry for the spoiler, but I do not like it at all. & Yes, I don't like Mahou Shoujo Madoka either.
[Working!! - So far so good. Still same funny stuff like other Working series.
Okusama ga Seitokaichou S2 - Meh, so so. If you watched the first season and liked it, you'll like the this season too.
Touken Ranbu - FYI this series was for fujoshi that's Katana-Otaku. Yes, there's a such thing. One point, it was trend in otaku & fujoshi.
Natsume Yuujichou S5 - It's one of my fav series. Lightly scary, but very heart warming series.
Bloodivores - It's another Btooom and other survival anime series made by China/Korea. I'll watch few more and decide.
Watashi gaMotete Dousunda - Another reverse harem anime, which I don't hate watching. Plot is new style, so interested to see how unique they will do stuff.
All Out!! - It's been a long time they haven't made rugby anime. Soccer took over Japan, they rarely make rugby anime or even manga, so I'm kinda excited to see how it'll do.
Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari - Another cute series like Amaama to Inazuma or Usagi Drop, but they added a bit of fictional stuff. I'll keep watching this series for sure.
Flip Flappers - Hm... not sure what to thing of it yet. If they gonna keep doing it like first epi, I'll prob keep watching it.
Gundam IBO S2 - I liked how they brought the story rolling quickly. I'll be watching it for sure.
Girlish Number - I need to see few more to say much. First epi was just prologue and explaining bout the chara, so can't say much.
Brave Witches - All the Strike Witches fans be happy. Another series lol
Cheating Craft - Whole first epi was prologue.. but was damn funny one, so I'll keep watching this series.
Fune wo Amu - A lot of ppl are waiting for this series, so I have high expectation from this series... but I'll wait and see.
Lostorage Incited WIXOSS S2? S3 - I dropped this series while and not planning to watching it either.
Uta no Prince-sama - I'm surprised how this series is keep making more anime. Yes, they do have all the famous male VA, so it make sense for lady otaku fans want to keep bring this series. FYI yes, I am watching this series. Is it good? Not really.
Soushin Shoujo Matoi - This one was opposite from a lot of anime from this season. Not enough prologue that, don't know what's going on. But art and design is good. I'll prob keep watching it.
ClassicaLoid - One of my fav VA is Beethoven in this series. It's pretty funny, so I'll keep watching it.
Kiitarou Shounen no Toukai Enikki - Another one of those short series. I'll keep watching it, when I have time.
To Be Hero - Hm... first epi didn't really catch it. I'll drop not gonna watch it.
Shakunetsu no Takkyuu Musume - It reminded me of Saki. Yes, Saki is Mahjong, but how they use the chara and plot, it follow pretty same... which isn't a bad thing & I'll still keep watching it.
Bubuki Buranki S2 - Gave up watching the first season, so thought to check watching this to maybe... MAYBE wanna start watching it again, but nope. Wasn't interesting at all.
Long Riders - Anyone remember Bakuon? Yeah... it's that, just bicycle ver. I'll keep watching it.
ViVid Strike! - First epi looked interesting, so I'll keep watching it. Let's see how long they can keep up on fighting quality.
Gakuen Handsome - All I can say was WTF...
Tiger Mask W - I kinda wanna watch it, but at the same time, I feel like they gonna ruin the manga Tiger Mask, so I kinda don't wanna watch it.
Bernard-jou Iaku - Short series and it was good enough to keep watch it.
Soul Buster - Interested to watch it. Hopefully it comes out soon.
Monster Hunter Story - Meh... That's all I an say.
Ao Oni - It was totally random and funny. I'll keep watching for sure.
Nobunaga no Shinobi - short and interesting enough.
Anitore S2 - Why? Why they made another season lol & yes, I'll prob keep watching it.
12-sai - Um... why they have this series is questionable... but whatever
Sengoku Choujuu Giga - IF you like Japanese history with random animal and gets Japanese joke, you'll like it.
Regalia - It didn't get good review, so they dropped the series last season... BUT somehow they thought this season will be better? Either way, don't think, I'll watch it.

That's all I saw or want to see this season.

Working!! - Got to see episode 2 and like this show it made me laugh
Gundam IBO S2 - Saw the First Season and loved it and I liked how the second season started
Okusama ga Seitokaichou S2 - Saw the First season and liked it
Bubuki Buranki S2 - Saw the first season and did not finish it cause I lost interest in it
Shuumatsu no Izetta - Saw the First episodes I will check it out more and see how it turns out


I know there is a few more shows I have to sit and watch. I believe where I get all my show I guess they are going to stop subbing them cause of funds to keep their servers up.

Watching Watashi ga Motete Dousund as the first anime of this season for me, after seeing the below screenshot. Show is about a fujoshi, and freakin' hilarious!
