Meeting Tada-San in person, exchange business cards, eating dinner in same table with him, interview him, & all the stuff I've never expected I'll be doing! How life changed... Crazy shit!

So apparently spraying your headlights is a thing? Like in order to smoke them... Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't that make your headlights less effective?
I always thought you would bake them open and do it that way |

Some Lady backed into my sisters car (Lady was parked and started reversing) as my sister was driving looking for parking. So She hit my sisters car
She proceeded to get angry as if it was my sisters fault, started to curse, got in my sisters face and push/touched her arm. The person who did it was the driver and also was quite larger than my sister. My sister is thinking about filing charges but talking to a few legal councils it may not be worth the trouble. It would be Civil only, not criminal Any Recommendations?
