What's Up guys, Has anyone tried the Lucas 2T oil method to remove the cricket/chirping noise from your car? Was thinking of trying but wanted some feedback from local FR-S partners :happy0180: See below

Use 2 stroke oil. Kills the chirps for me. I put it in the fuel tank at a 1:1000 ratio. I use Lucas Oil 2T semi-synthetic w/ low ash. A small bottle costs me $3.99 at Pep Boys. It contains enough for 4 fill ups.

I have never been to HIN so excuse what may be a dumb question but... WTH? 1/4 of gas and you can't have your battery connected you have to pay for an outside power source?
I find myself asking just what has happened in the past that caused rules like these...

It's all about safety and blah blah blah; batteries make electricity, electricity has sparks, gas is flammable, etc. Plus they don't want people running their engines inside a closed building. Power is mainly for displays and companies that need such sources.

I'm not not saying it but they didn't say anything about not bringing a separate battery to power stuff as long as it's not connected to the engine or whatever.
