When I picked up my 09 Legacy, I drew line at 28k miles. No more than that. Anyway, that car should serve you very well down the line. Just don't forget about the FRS though.

Odd encounter today.

I'm in the middle of a volleyball game then a bunch of kids randomly show up, walk by every 5 minutes or so by the court and grill at me for no reason. The littlest one keeps pointing in my direction to show his friends and family what he's talking about.

Game ends and its time for well earned drink. So I'm resting at the moment until that very little kid walks over and smiles at me. I could tell he was starting to get really excited and blurts out, "I know you! I know who you are! You were in the UFC. You're one those fighters."

Sure I done some training here and there before, but I never had any desire to ever get into competitive fighting.

Anyway, I told the little kid I wasn't the person he thinks I am.
Kid tells me again, "No that's not true, I seen you fight before." Then asks for a high five and walks away.


Not gonna lie, that kid kind of made my day. He also gave me some extra credit which helped me out with the chicks at the court.

I am getting my first set of clubs (plus a 3 wood) from a buddy at work. I just need to pick up a bag, driver, & putter. Since it will be my first set, my brain is telling me to either pick up some used clubs, or go with good, but inexpensive new clubs (which i'm not sure is possible).

I'm smiling from ear to ear right now. Just got offered a solid job working on Android based technologies/products with a few other guys from our AOKP team. Starting at $75k/year with full benefits. Might have to relocate to Georgia though

Keeping on the bright side of things though. If I land this then you can bet I'll be paying this car off as soon as possible and then turning it into a track day beast
