Hi everyone!
Just got my 2013 BRZ Sports Tech edition about a month ago. I love it! It had never seen winter and only had 13,000kms on it. It'll continue to avoid the Canadian east coast winters for the forseeable future. I'm keeping my 2006 Hyundai Tiburon to get me through the winters ![]() The few annoyances I've had with the new purchase but are beng resolved are: -The knob on the stereo but I've fixed that with a knob upgrade. -The front bumper seal warped to hell via RustCheck - $25 for a new one seal. -A bit more of a concern was rust starting on the front bumper upper plate which Subaru is replacing under warranty. Already grateful to the community here. There is so much great information! |

Just picked up a 2015 Ice Silver BRZ limited 3 days ago. So far I love it. Everything I have read about how neutral the handling is seems very accurate with my limited experience so far. I am also amazed at how good the ergonomics are, best I have ever had. Looking forward to some Autocrossing to keep my skills sharp for the race track. My other toy is a vintage racing Alfa.
![]() Looking forward to learning more in this community. Dave |

Hey everyone, just bought a '15 BRZ, 6 speed in Ice Silver Metallic a few weeks ago. Previously drove a '13 GTI. Did the whole VW thing for a while but it was time for a change and so far I have no regrets. Looking forward to being a part of this community

Hey there everybody! Just finalized all of my paperwork today for a nice shiny WR blue 2016 BRZ Limited today! My first new car purchase! I've been eyeing them since news of the release 4-5 years ago and with a new career started could finally afford one. No pics yet as I've got a dreaded 3 weeks to wait while she ships here ;(. I plan on making her as loud and bad as possible
. Looking forward to joining the community!

Hello everyone. It is my pleasure to join your community.
I currently own a Subaru OBXT and before that an 02' outback wagon. I love to practicality of owning these wagons and especially the fun that comes with a driving a turbo Subaru boxer. These are just great all around vehicles. The practicality is no longer needed, however, after buying our Passat TDI last year. The wife drives it daily. I've been fascinated by the 86 family and have secretly wanted one in my garage ever since their debut. After a quick comparison of the different cars I thought it only fitting to stick with Subaru since they have done me so right in the past. So I've decided to trade the fun wagon in for an even more fun Toyobaru ![]() I haven't bought one yet though and I would sincerely appreciate any advice on what year to look for. I don't know if there have been any changes at all to the BRZ over the past few years. I would be greatful if anyone could enlighten me. Happy driving

Been a fan of the BRZ/FRS before they where officially out. Yesterday I went to test drive, and decided that I will be placing a deposit on one. Estimated arrival is Nov. 9 and to be honest I can't wait!

New owner of a 2013 Galaxy Blue BRZ. Only had 400 miles on it when purchased so pretty much like new. Going to be a non-daily driver so hopefully it will stay that way (for awhile at least). I live in the Dayton/Cincy area (near Waynesville).
Only issues so far have been a gap between the front bumper and the 1/4 panel, which I pointed out before buying and the dealer fixed.....eventually. Thanks to the list for having copy of the TSB, which the dealer apparently wasn't aware of. ![]() No modifications planned (and nothing I've discovered yet.......the previous owner certainly didn't drive it so who knows) other than the fluid changes recommended here. I do plan on taking it to the track at some point. Jeff |

New member from Gothenburg Sweden.
2012 BRZ with HKS Spec-L exhaust, Cosworth air filter, Mishimoto induction hose, rear seats removed and some more small upcoming mods. (Looking for tail lights BTW.) Just figured I'd say hi. I'm all right with cars but quite new to this forum thing, so if there's something I'm not doing right feel free to speak up. |
