I can tell you there is still no drone or rasp throughout the entire rev range. The tone has changed quite a bit though. It is *very* deep. And below 4k RPM, it sounds like a typical UEL boxer.
Over 4k, the UEL header blends with the corsa and you get this nice shrieking note to redline.

Also something to note, the exhaust is quite a bit louder. If I had to guess, there is at least a 10-15 db (a bit over 2x as loud) increase in the cabin. This may not be a problem where you live, but in Socal, I do worry about attracting police.

The Corsa is a full suitcase muffler, OEM style. It also has a resonator in the midpipe. Honestly, the muffler and res look bigger than the OEM ones.

The thing is, Corsa did a lot of research on building a nice exhaust with the OEM header in mind. When I changed the header, the Corsa lost a bit of its charm. Mind you, it sounds great. It is just not quite as unique sounding anymore.

My point was just about the drone. I had GReddy tuner cans with mad drone at highway speeds, switched to HKS suitcase, no more drone

Thanks for the feedback. I only found one video on YouTube without a stock header, there was a before /after of the header and it totally woke the idle up to a nice deep roar.

FINALLY got to install my Bilstein P14s. After 5 hours and a couple stripped nuts, they are in. Thanks to this article and this article, and of course this one, no issues so far. Thanks to everyone for their help. Still needs alignment and corner balancing but that's in a couple weeks.
