Remove the kick panels on the side of the console/trans tunnel, directly under the OEM knee pads. From there you should be able to push on the cubby from behind.

There are some on eBay as well. I recently ordered the console knee pads from amayama.com for approx US$40 each. Shipping was $30 but that was bcoz I ordered some other items as well.

Fizz, do you have the part number(s) for the console knee pads for amayama.com?

After an 11 hour drive yesterday, I've decided to go ahead with the console kneepads asap. I'm still trying to decide if I want the JDM version or the set from JPMCoachworks. If the shipped amayama price was significantly better it might make my decision easier.

The part number for center console kneepads are:
SU00301919 - RH
SH00301920 - LH

I was actually considering getting the JPMCoachworks items, but then I would need to spend more money getting the shift and handbrake boots as well so that everything matches. Since I was low on funds I decided to just go with JDM version instead...plus I was going to order other stuff from amayama anyways.

According to the "Confirmed 2014 BRZ Changes" thread, the knee pads will come standard... Kinda messed up if that's true and they keep the prices the same as 2013. Better not get any steering wheel controls, either.

Do it! I believe Japanparts now sells the knee pads cheaper than Nigel-JDMParts.

Oh you guy. It's actually not so bad. You'll have fun! Did you order/get extra screws for the speaker ring mount?

Just have the console ones for now. ..Those are the only ones I need.. My Right knee is way more sensitive to having the plastic on it than the left one is. :p
