In hot climates or track use I see a benefit here but most people have your mindset...all bolt on mods available+custom tune+IC Innovate kit=280-300WHP. The only way I think those numbers are reachable are with E85.

I'm really rooting for someone to prove me wrong here...I love the look/design of this setup but I just don't see it filling the performance I'm after.
If high numbers is what defines this as a joke then I guess the 86 is a joke as well. Not all of us are looking for super high hp.

for real...

Can't tell you how much more enjoyable this car is with this sc. Yes its not making crazy power but who friggin cares. I can't wait to throw the 70mm pulley i have on in my room lol.

I've had a high HP car - its fun no doubt, but I like being able to jump in my BRZ without worrying about the thing blowing up because i'm pushing 300+whp more than what the car is intended to have.

I know for me this is why I chose this sc, because if I bought a turbo kit i'd be hunting for numbers and power again. Maybe one day down the road when I pick myself up a dd, but i'm enjoying this car immensely for now and don't plan on switching.

I just want the IC so i don't have to worry about heat soak happening as quickly, since I drive ALL the time. Also, I believe it'll help once I swap out the pulleys.

Sorry to go against the main rule of the thread, but I'm on the verge of joining you owners :happy0180: Will be going for IC'd 75mm.

I've tried reading, but there's too many pages to keep up so late on . Have or do any of you run with the stock exhaust system and what sort of power outputs have you had? I'll likely use that setup for a while on our 99RON (UK) but I'm interested in any octane results as a guide. Also, any idea of how much difference removing the primary cat might make?

stock everything, very safe tune, 206.7 whp, 174.27 torque. Can do more, but I'm gonna wait for the intercooler, and some other supporting mods before a retune for better numbers.

I am pretty much except an axle back and am very happy with the power output

Yes, moto-mike just talked to deatschwerks and they are finding that just using 2 O-rings (no spacer) is not enough.

This is my case compounded by one of the 2 O-rings being busted...

See here for proper Deatscherks Pump install:

Thanks guys. @phloozy aren't you running E85? Any pump fuel figures or links to graphs? Anyone else?

I'd like to aim for 220/225hp and 180lb.ft at the wheels. Just trying to work out if cat removal is going to be legal here to help get those figures.

Sadly I dont have anything :/ I dropped my car off with moto-mike and let him handle everything. I am on 700cc injectors which is recommended for e85 but still on the stock pump. Again this is from @moto-mikes suggestion so he may have a better answer for you.

On E85 those numbers should be very easy and I would be incredibly shocked if I wasnt above that
