@monisan - just to confirm, this is the BaysonR lip, not one of the others?
I'm liking it plasti-dipped.

Why are you guys plasti dipping over spray paint? I plan on spray painting mine since I don't want to deal with the plasti dip peeling.

I only did it since it's cold out and plastidip is hard to mess up. Will probably do a matte black paint in the spring/summer.

plasti dip is good cause you can always remove it if you ever want to paint match. Plus plasti dip comes pretty close to the oem colour which is a flat black. I compared my replicas with a buddy's OEM sti kit. The front lip and rear spats are identical to the oem's, however, the side skirts, the part with the 2 bumps, run abit higher than the stocks

I have two unfortunate minor scraps that I hope to hide or at least make less visible with the front lip and rear aprons.
I like the idea of doing the plastidip. Looks nice. I read earlier that folks were having trouble finding the parts. Links: http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=370953629644 Links: http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=370953629644 |

It fits pretty snug on the front. It would probably be best to drill it into the bumper but I didn't want to put holes in my new car yet. 3m tape works ok but I'm afraid it might come loose later on. For the build quality I would say it's just like any plastic part, it's not very firm and it can scratch easily. It is also pretty glossy and I didn't like that so much so I decided to plastidip it. For the price it's a good replacement!

Got the side skirt and one side has like a gash on it. I'm thinking because of how it was shipped the other skirt might've dug into the other one since they were shipped side by side. BaysonR is offering me $20 off the skirts or just asking me to ship it back. What do you guys think? I was going to sand it down and dip over it anyways. Do you think the dip will cover it?
