After a little over 4 1/2 months, the 3k break in is complete.

Break in oil is (mostly) out and Motul 300V 5W-40 is in with a new STI filter and a (now half) full tank of E85 and man WOT never felt so good.

I'll be doing a bit more break in while on the high boost pulley and then I'll switch to the C38 with the high boost pulley before switching to the race pulley and then upping the rpms. The latter has me a bit concerned, it depends on how things go with the race pulley to start.

Yes, I'll dyno it again once I switch over to the C38 + HBP, so it will be showing a gain by just switching over to the C38, but on the HBP both times. Don't think anybody has done that yet. And then again once I go from the HBP to the race pulley, don't think anybody had done that yet either.

It's gonna be like when I tuned the C38 when I had the KW kit, and when I did the C30 HBP. Nobody had tuned those before me either. Didn't plan to be that way, just seems to sort of keep happening... Lol.

Looking forward to seeing the results. I've only had one track weekend so far with the high boost C30 and I was a little underwhelmed. It does now hang on the Sebring straights with current gen V8 Mustangs and Camaros but I built the motor for more. I chose 11.5 CR just to have a little more margin for higher boost but I'm sure it's stealing away a bit of power in my current setup. Looks like a C38 is where I need to go especially if I can lower my shift points a few hundred rpm as well. What is the size and projected boost differences between the C38 high boost and race pulleys?

When I had the C38 with the KW kit, I was making 15 psi. My JR C30 HBP is currently doing 11.5 psi. JR C38 HBP was documented by VitViper hitting almost 14 psi. I had a conversation with Oscar Jr. and my takeaway was that the race pulley is something like 17/18 psi with someone else running an even smaller pulley closer to 20 psi... (I won't do that) I know psi isn't everything either.

What any of these power levels are like on 91 I'm not sure, but I am pretty sure its not recommended to run 91. (at least here in CA) I will only have hp figures for E85 once I'm done with everything.

Can't wait to see this dyno sheet, the one dyno sheet to rule them all.
