I dont think Greddy re-painted their car and there is defitely a rainbow of metallic in that paint!

(but it is a good idea since it destracts a little from the dust, water drop marks, swirls... in black)

The white, however, THERE WAS NO NEED FOR THAT LUXO CAR PEARL! Groannnnn~

Its one of those cars that grows on you over time.
It grew on me (i hated it at first). Of course it still does look a bit wierd at some angles.

I just found out they sold it as a Toyota in some places, called the Toyota Zalas lol.

Scion's just confused at what it wants to be right now....and they're just plugging away.....

Supposed to be the 'youth' brand for Toyota. But they've lost their appeal for awhile now. I think it had something to do with the xA/xD being useless, xB growing into an oversized corolla box/wagon, and the tC stagnating for as long as it has (until that 2011 redesign)

I often laugh at the whole (youth brand) thing. because at least 70-80% of all scion drivers.owners (at least in my town) are old people. There's a couple down the road from me who own 3 of the 1st gen xB

so yeah, to me, Scion is just the cheap car division of Toyota, that's pretty much it

What made you think DRL were going to be on the FR-S (at least in the U.S., Canada will probably get low-power high beams as DRLs)?

I don't understand why people think Scion has a higher spec model up their sleeve... what was shown in L.A. and Detroit what the FR-S is going to be when released; nothing more, nothing less. No LED DRL, no HIDs, no push button start, no dual-zone HVAC, no factory FI.

For what it's worth, one of the pictures note the FR-S used for shooting is equipped with prototype TRD lowering springs.
