Dear Tada-san: Don't ever stop being so awesome. I've driven Toyotas all my life. I drove an Accord for 2 months and went straight back into an AE92.

Are there any plans to bring back the GT-Four monicker? My GT-Four RC that I imported directly from Japan had an engine fire and left too soon at 135K KM (Less than 85,000 miles) I hope to replace my GT-Four RC one day with another brand new GT-Four, even if it's a Caldina, please bring her here!!

Pic of the twins:

Her shoes were fitted and now mounted on my FR-S in her memory:

I think the folks at www.alltrac.net deserve some attention as well. They helped me through a tough time when I lost my car http://www.alltrac.net/phpBB2/viewto...p?f=62&t=43984. They've kept the GT-Four name alive to this day.

One question: For a hardcore toyota owner, will there be engine parts like the ones on the old ae86 engine? The high rpm formula atlantic n spec engines(race engine) from trd.

To Tada San

I own a Subaru BRZ Sport Tech ( Canadian model) and when I lift my hood the first thing I notice is the vast space there is around the engine. I know this may not appy to you, but was the car originally spec'd to have a 6 cylinder either from the original release date or is that an option for "upgraded version STI". Because from what I see, I would think that the transmission could be pushed father back and the shift linkage shortened to accommodate a flat 6 that could be a direct Porche Boxster or Cayman fighter. This would push power into the 300hp range easily. I would think doing this would shorten the drive shaft so that an aluminum or carbon fiber could be used, as it would be cheaper as it would not have to be as robust to resist torsional forces. My second question, why is the rev limit set to where it is on the FA20? I have driven the car hard numerous times and it is the only car that seems to "run" into its limiter. I'm thinking that another 500 rpm would be very easy to accommodate, and deliver more power as well as it would essentially lengthen the gear ratios making 0-100 km/h a faster time as it would elimate the 2-3 shift. I look forward to hearing from you. I also want to thank you personally for designing and engineering an amazing car, and bringing back the driving fun factor. You did this without resorting to a watered down econobox with special parts to make it look and feel like a sports car, when in fact that's usually not the case.

Sincerely,

Gord

Questions:

1- Mr. Tada-San first of all thank you for producing one of the greatest sports cars i have ever driven. Secondly i wanted to ask you what are your plans with the subaru joined venture, so in other words how long have the two companies agreed to share engineering and parts?

2- Any plans on skipping the scion brand and keeping the car true to its roots and introducing it again as a Toyota 86 in the united states?

Kind Regards,

NC

My Question would be: What happened to the original planned interiour. For example the zipper for Storage or the cockpit with the tft-panel? That's great, but now it is somehow "standard".

And are there any plan to sell such an concept? Maybe as TRD or Premium Version?

To Tada-san

Are there any plans to release TRD or STI accessories for the BRZ? If so what are they?

I purchased a Premium and would like some of the features of the limited (push button start, keyless entry). Assuming this is not possible, I would still be interested in staying up to date on all available accessories for the car as they come out from Toyota/Subaru.

unfortunately i don't have time to go through all the posts right now, so i can't see if my question has been asked already.

"now that the car has been released, if you could have changed anything about the car (pre-release) what would you change and why?"

Yamaha involvement...

I have one question:

Toyota is a long time collaborator with Yamaha.
Is there plans if any to involve Yamaha with further development of the engine like most of the high performance Toyota engines?
I know it's primarily a Subaru engine but Yamaha has always help develop their high performance engines, example BEAMS 3SGE, 4AGE, JZ engines and the powerful 1LR-GUE in the LFA.

Will the car be offered in yellow? If so, you can call it Rising Sun Yellow.

We should ask him if he is aware about all these issues (CEL, cricket)! And what is being done to fix it!
