There's lots of traffic at around 12ish. Unless you're taking the 405 to the 101.

Well hopefully traffic flows well on your way over. I think we'll be there for at least an hour so that gives you sometime to get there.

Last time I went it was really bad when the 405 met with the 101. And its LA... its always shitty traffic. Unless you really know your surface streets.. which are most.. one way. ._.

That would be easier.

For those coming up from SD, it would be easier to take the 405 -> 110 E -> S Western Ave N -> Then a right on W 6th Ave.

Then to the show, go east down W 6th Ave -> S Vermont Ave South -> W Pico Ave Blvd East

i've been preaching this for years and no one seems to follow my advice. you take the 710 all the way up and it will take you to the 10 west to downtown or you can get on the 5 and take the 101 to downtown. allows you to miss the worst traffic on either the 5 or the 405 and the 710 is rarely backed up. i'm a dodger fan from OC and this route has gotten me to dodger stadium from oc in record time during some of the worst traffic hours. traffic is unavoidable to a certain extent though. where is the kbbq place again?

Nah. I think most people want to take whatever leads straight into LA ASAP.

If you say 710N is the best route. I'll take your word for it. Been on the 5.. and the 405 tooooo often.

Still sad I couldn't make it, but it just wasn't worth the flight $$ when I visit in April and May I hope they're a meet or something I like to come chill with everyone. The cars I hope should be out in small numbers by then too.
