I so need this. The Camaro LFX dip stick attaches to the block and I need to block it off as the Holden front sump attaches to the pan. This is a GM part??

Thanks!

you can also use a 9mm bullet casing. Kind of a cool factor.

It came with the kit, but should be pretty easy to find the thread size on forums, before buying this oil pan I remember reading about stock disptick delete and the traditional size needed to plug it.

Any way the shop can get a measurement from bottom of the engine (where the pan bolts to) and the steering rack? I need to verify fitment of the GTO oil pan. I'm really thinking about going with the CX racing kit at this point due to fitment/price and that it works with the standard F body T56 which is what I have.

@Sportsguy83 Mano tu si te las inventas lol. But seriously, nice reliable V8 power on this car is more than enough. Plus the torque is going to feel amazing. Progress is looking good.

I'll see about it when the engine is in the car. I believe you should be fine notching the GTO pan so it goes fully over the rack, like Vorschlag did.

right but if the mounting solution on the CX racing kit has the engine sitting lower, it will not fit. I'm not sure if mounting distance is the same.

Installed the Holley cables and they fit nicely with the headers.
