The best method is to install an over pipe with an additional bung, or weld an additional bung after the header and before the secondary cat. Do not replace/remove the factory narrowband.

Mine is the Whiteline one. I think that the Cusco one is the same unit, just branded for them and I was told by the Innovate rep at 86 expo that it clears the unit as well.

Yup. There was a picture of a car with the Twin Screw installed with the CUsco bar on it with plenty of clearance.

Yes. It is subtle but it is there. Once you get going and you put some load on the motor it really gets loud. It is amplified by an aftermarket aluminum intake pipe.
