To those who played D3, are you excited about the upcoming expansion? I've been contemplating on re-installing the game.

It's just a massive grind. It lost my attention rather quickly =\

My friends and I used to (seriously) joke that we'd all take two weeks off of work so we can LAN for 2 weeks straight when D3 came out. That sure didn't happen.

mmm d3.. some reason it didn't do it for me. I ended up playing Torchlight II for a much longer time, and found it more enjoyable an D3.

D3 sucked. None of the promised content. Boring grind fest. No end game. Made my money back on the RATM and uninstalled.

It's basically just that. It was fun while playing with several groups until they all stopped playing lol. I'll most likely try out the new class since it sounds like the play style is up my alley.

I thought I would spend more time in Torchlight II than D3, but I lost interest after 15 or so hours.

I am, but I'm the minority.

Actually played for a few hours with a friend of mine last night. I thought I had just hit inferno, but apparently I never got to 60.

I think last night over 2.5 hours or so I had about 15 or 16 rares drop. Whereas before the loot changes when the game was released, I had seen maybe a handful total during my entire playtime.

No JP onry, thanks! =P
Scratch that, the new server is:

MALBORO

because it is a newer server located in CA, should be faster and better performance, thanks!

I heard the drops have improved as well. I might have to re-install it tonight and see. I had a couple of "decked" out characters back when I stopped playing. I'm sure I'll get 2 shotted now

I will also be jumping in tonight to see how much has changed. I liked the game overall and it was very entertaining... I just wish the end game was much better. You can only play through the same storyline over and over again before you get endlessly bored.

I did the same. Ended up pocketing about $500 between the high end weapons and the likes, but definitely wasn't worth the weeks of treasure goblin farming back before they fixed the bug :/
