Hey All! I just joined the forums and wanted to say hi! I'm currently in North Naperville. I have BRZ on hold and I'll be closing the deal once I'm cleared to drive (had surgery recently, can't lift anything and can't drive while on pain-pills).

I'm excited to be able to participate in some meets and see what mods you all have done. I've got some catching up to do since I waited so long to make a decision.

I've looked around on these forums and found a good dealership to buy from, Grand Subaru. But I haven't been able to find anywhere to install a clear bra and tinting. Any suggestions? I'll go anywhere in the Chicago area but I'd prefer western suburbs. Does anyone have experience with Z Tech in Naperville or Umbra in Schaumburg?

Who has the BRZ at the Ogden Portillos? I've seen one parked in the employee section a few times.

Also, any disc golfers in the house?

I try to get out once a week. Jericho, campton, and Oswego are my regulars.

If anyone in the chicago area is looking for a Q300 catback or a greddy/afe intake let me know. I have both and am looking to sell as either package deal or seperate.

I will post in the forum classified later, but want to give the local guys the heads up first.

I really like Oswego. And while Jericho is where I have my only ace (#7), I'm not a big fan. It's too short, wet, and typically crowded. I've never played campton hills. Maybe when I get my BRZ I'll have to make the drive up there to burn off a few break-in miles.

My favorite is Kress Creek Farms in West Chicago. It has a good mix of long/short, open/tunnel, and water holes. It's fairly new so it's rarely crowded. However the ticks are bad and so are the dirt tees in some spots. We'll have to get out in a few weeks when I'm healed up!

At our last meet there were about 30 members. There are more around and lurking.

Honestly no idea. After I installed them, I just played with the height until the car sat how I wanted it =)

Haha nice, just trying to gauge what height I want to keep mine at when the suspension goes on. Are you coming to the jdmc event tomorrow? Would be cool to see the drop in person.
