No guide lines on reverse
Hi guys
I have a Fujitsu Ten HU in my 86. Was reading that HU adds guide lines that you can adjust, so I bought a camera that does not have them... Today tried hooking it up. Tried on 4 pin and 16 pin plugs... No lines! I can go into the settings screen (3 button push) and play with the lines - they are there. But when I put the into reverse gear, I can see image from the camera, but dont see the guide lines from HU! Is there something special you have to do? I was playing with it while the car was still switched off (just enough to get the HU working). Maybe I have to start the car, shift into reverse and start moving for the lines to appear? Hope someone can help =( |

The guide lines are in the firmware of the head unit. If you have video and no lines, it's a firmware issue.
