Car looks clean! Can I ask why you went with a 30 offset? I chose a 38 for up front, same for the rear but 10".

I just wanted something more aggressive as I knew I was going to stay with a square setup (my last 4 wheel setups have been staggered so I wanted to try something different). I saw how a couple setups sat with the +38 and with the help of Touge Factory, they thought that a +30 would be closer to what I was looking for (at least for street use) considering this car would likely get a totally different 17" setup if I were to track the thing.

Haha I drive it plenty when it's nice out, but I do have a 110+ mile commute daily and that's where the BRZ comes in. I actually plan to take it out in the next couple weeks provided I don't buy any more mods for it when I know I shouldn't be lol. I miss driving that thing...winter feels like forever.

I figured it had to do with that. Well looks good man, i'm glad I chose the classics, sorry to spoil it though, haha!

We will have the same wheel but there will be a bunch of differences anyways. I almost with with the BCA face. I just love fully polished too much (i'm going to hate myself when it comes to cleaning them though).

Why did you choose the race over street? Weight savings? I was quoted for weight on the street version and they are just about the same weight as the stock wheels so that was ok for me.

Been awhile since I updated this thread...

Attended/filmed/shot the FRS & BRZ meet hosted by Touge Factory at Autobarn Countryside - here's a snap of the car after going a bit lower.

Link to the video if you missed it:

Mod bug hit a little harder after the meet:

Decided against my original plan for the exhaust and went with the TF Titanium Axle Back which has been absolutely perfect for daily driving (not to mention the weight savings).

I also added an AFE Takeda Intake and cleaned up the front end a bit by getting the reflectors painted SWP.

Mike, I met you back in 2009 at Bimmerfest in Santa Barbara. I was with Greg and Jae from GTMotoring/Challenge. Glad to see you're continuing your love of great sports cars with a beautiful BRZ.

Hey man, nice to hear from you again!

Yeah I had been following the development of this car since its concept stages and as luck would have it, I had the opportunity to sell my DD at a great time and snag this all in the same week.

How's yours coming along?
