Yeah, I was hoping a walker would bite Merle and force Daryl to kill his own brother to end his misery...(So that would be the end of him and Daryl can stay with the group...) =/

It's a show about zombies.. Everything doesn't have to be scientifically correct. They're fictional creatures. Ever heard of willing suspension of disbelief?

That's why I said they would have been better off making it a fantasy setting rather than real-world.

I know plenty about suspending belief, but it works much better in a setting such as LOST or HEROES. Hell, even Buffy's lore is actually believable.

When you have zombies that are born out of science and not magic, then you must hold on to science. The writer's failed to do that, so after season one it just went all wonky.

How can you say whether or not the show portrays them correctly or not? They don't exist. How can you prove that a fictional creature needs water to live? Just because the writers have different views on zombies than you do doesn't mean they're wrong. There is no right or wrong about something that doesn't exist.

Overall, that episode sucked. But it was decent. I think morgan's gonna join with Rick's group later on. Sucked how duane died.

And I wonder who was that white guy in the begining of the episode?

Just a random survivor but it doesn't matter as he's dead now lol. I thought the episode was pretty good. Great seeing Morgan again and seeing Rick deal with that, seeing where his craziness of late could lead. Michonne finally had some character development. Carl finally got put in his place and realized he's not invincible. Overall I enjoyed it.

Last night's episode was long on character development but short on action. It is necessary once in a while, just glad there has been plenty of action this season so far, and is sure to be more in upcoming weeks. Glad to finally find out what happened to Morgan. Sad to see the group is losing its humanity by ignoring the hitch hiker, which led to his death.

Which then lead to them taking his backpack. Lol

I hate Carl. The kid is always edging on getting himself owned or others getting owned and it's all preventable. The arrogance of him pisses me off to no end.

I thought the whole taking the guy's backpack thing was pretty dark to be honest. I know it's necessary because he may have had supplies they needed, but after ignoring him, then seeing his bloodied corpse on the road and robbing it, yikes, it's all about survival now. Humanity takes a backseat.
