Got home from St Loius to find 4 inches snow on my FRS. Cleaned that off and went for a cruise down 18 to river and back. Saw a few cops out, still had some enjoyment. Almost 3k miles on it now and still as fun as day I got it.

Hello all, I'm Jason and I live up north of Cincinnati in Morrow. I currently drive an '08 S2000 CR and '05 CBR600RR. I have an old beater for the bad days but I'm looking to replace that within the next year hopefully and have my eyes on a BRZ. I've sat in them, looked them over, however I have yet to drive one but I hear great things. I'm a big fan of drivers cars and would love to have one to accompany my S2K which is the weekend warrior / garage queen. Hope you all are enjoying your rides!

If you haven't had a chance to take one out, when it gets nicer out I don't mind letting you take it out. It will be far from stock though

Thanks I appreciate that! I may have to take you up on that... I did see a red BRZ at Kings Subaru a couple weeks ago but it was an auto and I'd prefer to try a stick. Additionally, while most of the general public may not care, I really prefer not to test drive a car thats still being broken in... I'd want to at least take it up through the revs once to see what it's like power wise but wouldn't want to do that on a car that isn't broken in.

So when you say far from stock, what are your plans for it? Also, have there been any meets in Cincinnati? If you all don't mind an S2000 tagging along, I'd be interested in meeting some of the local owners and learning more about the car.

I'm going to be running motegi traklites with 225/50/16s for my summer setup (bought continental extremecontact dw, but may switch to rs3 tires).

I'll be running e85, intake and full exhaust, perrin crank pulley for sure. I'm still trying to decide if I want to run stock suspenion this year or run a set of coilovers and upgrade all of the rest of the suspension (planning on ordering possibly tein src and will be ordering all whiteline bushings).

Probably in a couple years, I'll go FI, but at this moment my wife and I need to upgrade her car (she drives a 2011 crv) so that we have soemthing newer and more reliable to tow our boat. We're probably going to buy a 2013 traverse

Hey guys, my car is SOLD! I am offering to locals if anyone wants to swap headlights. For just $100 I'll go through the labor of removing my blacked-out bezel lights and swapping with you. We can do it together or just bring me yours and I'll hand you mine. Otherwise, they get sold with the car.

All other items are for sale. Switchback LED's, Sylvania Silverstar low-beam bulbs, LED bulbs (interior and license plate), Track Pipe, and snow tires and Motegi SP10 wheels. See the for sale thread for the parts. I will have to send someone a pic of the Track Pipe if they are interested.

I'm heading home from syracuse tonight. I'll be down for cars and coffee that day as long as my boss (the wife) doesn't have anything planned. I made her come up here for my birthday, so she may have plans already haha.
