Subaru community may be a little elitist, but I'd take that over getting my car ganked when at the movies or associated with street racing. I've been to both vehicle specific meets. I prefer the Subaru styling, performance and culture.

Same goes for Scion vs Subaru. I rather be associated with Subaru, I love what the company stands for and the people who drive them vs Scion culture/owners. This has been talked about countless times though.

On that note, I love the EvoX it's more adult and refined looking. That design and the SST transmission won me over a bit.
I do somewhat agree w ya.

I've been to both Mitsu & Subie meets before and I do feel Subie meet is more relax and easy to talk to member feeling to it... but maybe just where I live Mitsu meet wasn't that great?

Never been to Scion meet before, so can't compare w Subie. Hey Dragon do you have any comment on that?

Ya, i hated Mitsubishi meets...

I do like Subaru meets, but i hate the community as individuals.

The meets i grew up with were Nissan meets, and we had a mix of Mazda and Toyota always with all the Nissan meets i been too here in the NW.

I love going to DSM meets, nothing like them in the import community. The thing I like most about dsm meets that I don't see at rotary meets is the willingness to experimen on their cars, bc they're soooo easy to work on and chea to fix. The guys I've been involved with over he last 10 years are classy and very knowledgeable. The guys a supra and rotary meets are a bit cocky bc of the class of car, whereas the dsm guys are more down to earth and interested more n the overall performance of heir cars vs how pretty they are.

On my damn cellphone..lol
