There is a TSB to replace the high pressure fuel pump and eliminate the "chirping" noise. I wouldn't consider anything that the manufacturer already has a fix for an "issue". I would only be concerned if there were a problem that they are aware of and have no fix for.

5500 miles. 93 octane. Daily Driver. Zero issues. I would guess that's the majority of people. Lot's of petty nitpicking goes on here. I drove an X5 and that thing rattled, the speaker covers popped off when you slammed the back door, the ash tray door wouldn't stay closed, the slide cover on the center console disintegrated, windows would get jammed in the down position, rear cup holders wouldn't open/close and that stupid thing cost 50k. For 25k you are getting an awesome car.

I will see what I can figure out. Have not looked into it too much yet.

Update:
Checked the sticked on the car and it was manufactured on 9/12.

Going to keep an eye on it and contact the dealer if it happens again. Not sure if it was just related to the water pressure from the wash forcing its way in or a sign of a bigger problem.

8000 miles, no real issue except for the slight buzzing in the lower front speakers with heavy bass. I know how to fix that. I've just been too lazy to go to the hardware store and buy a little rubber spacer to put about an 1/8inch of distance between the speaker and its plastic enclosure.

I've had the condensation in tail lights, but not badly and only occasionally, and it happens with a lot of cars.

I've also seen the idle-dip issue, but only when the car is in P(?).

Nothing heart-stopping.

6500 miles so far.

No.

866 mi on the clock. Other than a high idle yesterday, I have no complaints. This car is so much fun to drive.

6000 miles, no problems. (I don't consider the chirp a problem).

1700 miles. One time the car took an extra 2-3 seconds of cranking to get started.

The weird part? I parked in the same place with my other car (4Runner) and it also took an extra 2-3 seconds of cranking to start. On both cars this only happened ONE time. Weird is probably an understatement.

3,500km (approx 2,200 miles) and not one issue at all.

I heard most of the issues were resolved in cars built from Aug 2012 onwards. The rest are under warranty so doesn't seem an "issue" to me.

I'm about as close to having no issues as a person can get. When I first got the car I had the rear end rattle that seems so common. I found out at my local dealership that the company is aware of the problem and that a bulletin was coming out addressing the problem. In the mean time my rattle has diminished to the point that I hardly, if ever, hear it again. I don't know if I'll pursue it with the dealership or not. Perhaps when I find out what's involved with the fix.

I'm glad this thread was made since I'm always reading the CEL thread. I'm at 1200 miles of weekend only driving after 6 weeks and have no issues.
