I am keeping an eye out. I had a grillcraft on my WRX and it really made the front end look much better. Kept the birds out too. It held strong for 100k miles. No gutter guard for me thanks.

No one has mentioned the Toyota JDM one (from the "garnish" set):

I wish I had the brz mouth guard. I think it fits the boxer engine.

Hopefully the stillen body kit at SEMA will include it.

I was thinking about this today as I put my plates on but thought, either the subaru grill or even painting the grill would look better.

Looks good. A thinner gage would be more my style.

Reminds me of the old "chicken wire" grills from the 90's.

I mean, what other kind of grill can you put? Chrome will not match at all and it will be very hard to find one that will match the clean, simple, and curvy front.
i agree chrome wouldnt look right.... now a powdercoat with the right braid would look sick IMO. I dont want flashy and would do just a black powdercoat but you could do a blue or a red if you wanted flashy.

I just have never been a fan of plastic parts. it kinda sucks walking through a parking lot and looking at some POS cookie cutter cars and they have almost the exact same grill. Plastic just looks so cheap to me so one day i want to replace

Honestly have you noticed how big the T holes are they let all kinds of stuff in to hit the AC condenser fins, much less whoever may have a FMIC there.

Point taken, This is what I mean by closer knit grill, guess I need to find the right gauge and start soldering the frame.
