Food for thought...aren't all the gas tank covers on the left for toyota/scion vehicles...I'm starting to question if this is actually the scion version.

Interesting thought. Coincidentally I believe most Subaru's have the gas filler on the right side.

Supra, Prius, & few others are on the right (US passenger side), but yes you're correct. Most of Toyota/Scion vehicles have gas cover on the left side.

its already known that subaru will be building it. so it would only make sense for them to do it their way, on the right... its that simple. no need to look further into it.

And i remember when i was first going through drivers ed last year my dad (with toyota and i suspect knows about this project) told me every toyota and scion has gas covers on the left so thats how you remember which side to pull into, so i just thought it was weird

Official official info? Probably not until Dec with Tokyo auto show. There could be a chance stuff is leaked out before then, but that of course would not be official. Best guess is end of the year. Sorry. |
