LA: 2000 S2000 $13,900 Title on hand
I can E-mail pictures.
2000 is the first year of S2K! New Formula Red Almost 90,000 miles. Engine has a lot of life left. Tracked but meticulously maintained to perfection (Engine, tranny, and diff at half the recommended intervals, or every other track day, whichever comes first). Great track car! Light! 2,600 pounds (Gutted trunk, full interior with A/C and radio, lightweight aftermarket parts) Everything works, no holes in soft top, no weird noises, no problems Some cosmetic blemishes but overall a sharp car for the age New parts that I've replaced due to old age such as: New driver tie rod outer end, new soft top striker plates (upgraded with hard top strikers), some new bulbs, new OEM floormats, new OEM catalytic converter ($500), new rear wheel bearing on one side, recently swapped rear axles (commonly needed for S2K this old), new CR radio door, new center console, new gas cap, new etc etc I have a very very very detailed log of the car and about every single thing I do to it. I really love her and I'm actually hoping nobody buys it, but if the price is right, I'd be willing to let her go. She needs to find someone who can take good care of her and continue to drive her the way she was meant to be driven (hard) She has never let me down. I will pass on every single detail you need to know about her. Best used AP1 you can buy IMO, especially if you're looking for a track toy. All parts are very new and have no more than 20,000 miles. All parts bought new and installed perfectly. No ghetto crap. With all these new parts, it's basically a new car. Reliability: AP2 retainers and updated oil jet banjo bolts (A must for early model S2Ks! Installed by Marcucci, one of the best S2K mechanics. Save yourself the trouble of doing this yourself by not settling for AP1s that don't have them done) A'PEXi high pressure radiator cap Rolled front fenders Interior: Buddy Club bucket seats Personal Grinta 330mm steering wheel Spoon Duracon shift knob Brakes: Motul RBF 600 brake fluid Carbotech XP10/XP8 brake pads and TiSpeed titanium brake shims Handling: Hankook R-S3 tires (205/55, 225/50) Volk CE28N wheels (16x7 +48, 16x8 +49) 16x8 special ordered from Japan. Waited 6 months for them. I use Rays lug nuts and valve stems. Swift springs and sway bars Response: Spoon clutch and flywheel K&N FIPK II intake, J's Racing header, HKS 75mm single catback http://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/9570...low-13cw-2070/ http://www.trackhq.com/forums/f221/c...assenger-5197/ Last edited by samsam5886; 06-13-2012 at 01:12 AM. |
