Oil cooler install question
So I installed a mishimoto oil cooler. I attached a photo of how I had to install the left fitting to the sandwich plate. I had to have it facing upwards as my turbo is in the way. All the photos ma I’ve seen have it point down. I don’t think this should matter, just want to get someone who is experienced opinion.

Direction the hose points won't matter. System is pressurized

The direction does not matter. Make sure you torque those banjo fittings correct and you may want to drill them and safety them. Banjo fittings do not perform well with a lot of movement.

Seems fine. Just make sure the tension in the hoses tends to pull the fittings toward the tightening direction
