5.) Remflex material can easily be cut with a sharp utility knife or razor blade. Trace your pattern first then punch out any bolt holes. Next, cut your ID and OD.
6.) Practice! We will provide you with several sample pieces of the material to practice on before you begin your project. We highly recommend that you do this and get a feel for the material before you handle the material blank.

Well, it was a noob mistake. I was putting the Front Pipe to the OP while the FP was all tightened to the catback.

I removed the FP from the CB and matched FP to OP, the fitting was perfect. Completely flat.

Slapped myself a few times and installed the gasket. All good now.

Been there, done that.

On the bright side we all learned about that remflex stuff which is pretty neat

Should be same as EJ for head to header. The 2 bolt you need to measure but also universal on Subarus. Should be 2.5 inch. Double check though.

Nope I just "painted" the faces of the gasket with a small layer, and then used a gloved finger to smooth out any excess. I didn't want it to be totally glued together and difficult to remove if it has to come off some day.

The new game JDM is extremely close to Initial D. I think their demo is about to end. Fantastic graphics.

Really ballsy considering the Foxes lack of steering angle.

He pussed out with FUJI FARMS. Really? As if we wouldn't get the reference otherwise.

Still giggled. 8.5/10

This is how we learn. I guarantee that you will carry this lesson forward anytime you assemble practically anything in the future. Order of operations in an imperfect world is actually a tall concept.

Sincere congratulations!
