Was gonna add more clear, but I was afraid of the clear eating away at the cured paint since it's been months. LOL.

My skills go in the opposite direction I am afraid. I can do flat and dirty but get too impatient with gloss to do a good job.

Same here. I don't think I ever built a model car I was satisfied with, but with some washes and dry brushing I can weather a WWII tank decently. When I was a kid, I used to spend hours browsing the Verlinden Productions magazine at the bookstore.

Got really lazy with this build. I didn't mask off the window trims before brushing on the semi-gloss black paint.

Back to just wanting to finish this build and not really trying to be perfect anymore.

Eh, I had already done the seats and bought the harnesses. It's almost what I had in mind, but a little more halfassed. I wanted to do a harness bar, but that's why I said halfassed. LOL

When I first got into plastic modeling, I could not figure out why the WWII 1/35 figures I painted looked so different from the figures in the modeling magazines. I didn't know about washes back then, or highlights. I thought that all I needed to do was paint the guy's pants all the same color, just like a real pair of pants fabric. I didn't know that that the illusion of shadows, creases etc were created by various painting techniques. It was very eye opening when I learned that you really do need to 'trick the eye' with miniatures.

Hey, really nice work! I like it. Might I offer a suggestion that might be fun - since it's not a 'perfect' build - how about adding a bit of 'character/wear' like Tcoat does with some of his vehicles? Maybe just some very subtle touches like a reddish brown wash on the front rims for brake dust, a few paint chips or rubber marks behind the wheels from drifting, a bit of wear on the seat edges etc.
