Measurements/volume shows full & compact are less than half… but visually, it doesn’t. I’ll just make compact & other one stock.

Have you tried playing around with rounding the edges? There is a radius tool in tinkercad.

I would… except it’s at its limit. Of course, top part is kinda still have an option… but I use that spot to loop the key ring

Oh yeah, I see. You’d have to increase size to be able to radius those edges. May be worth trying. Kind of the reason I don’t carry my ridge wallet anymore. It’s too square and makes it awkward in my pocket.

Right, make it wider to soften the edge. I might update the compact ver for more softer edge.

I'd imagine this is an easy fix for your cabinet guy though? Usually cabinet boxes are just built in modules, so in theory they can just shrink that module up to make it right. Unless they've already built things... but that's on them at this point.

Well, if you want it even smaller...

You could always design a more compact PCB, have someone print it, and transfer all the important bits over to the new one.

Or cut the current PCB in half, add jumper cables between the two halves, then just have buttons on both faces.

He needs to remake it. I called him this morning and told him I’d buy the correct one. I should have caught it when I verified the layout. He gives me a great deal and I can reuse the full 30” in my utility room above the washer and dryer so no harm, no foul.

Can you get it small enough it can be an implant?
