Just watching Isle of Man TT makes my balls shrivel up.

There is one bend, taken at Mach 1, where the riders pop a wheelie because of the severe bump in the road. That is, they're traveling at ballistic speed and have to get the front wheel off the ground to go around a bend!
Omg!

What's really impressive is how they get so much air when they're going that slow.

The race is coming up I think. I have an absolute high level of respect for people who ride motorcycles. But those that race them, professionally, that is a whole different level.

Is always good to watch old videos of Rossi hopping into an F1 and drive the absolute piss out of it.

Yeah, but just about all (non TT) professional motorcycle riders say that Isle of Man is too scary.

Where would it vent if there's a cabinet at all? Home rated hoods are, at best, barely adequate - and that's at 24" depth and 6" wider than the stove, as low as it can go, and properly venting outside with good flow rate.
Also fridge to prep, not stove... Island with a prep sink could do.
I can't even find a GC yet to try to start the project to fix our kitchen. At least you have a cabinet guy?

You use a shorter dummy cabinet above the range and duct through it into the attic then out a vent. You are supposed to vent gas ranges at 24-30” above the range surface.

Left to right.
Stock key fob, full key fob, compact key fob.
Specs are:
Stock: W42xLx69xD16
Full: W33xL63xD10
Compact: W29xL53xD10

Measurements/volume shows full & compact are less than half… but visually, it doesn’t. I’ll just make compact & other one stock.
