saw in one of the vids that the spare tyre well is still there. a circular shape that seems to suggest one can put in a say 17x7 wheel there if needed? or the spare tyre from the previous gen (how will that sound in an interview Q and A! "because we know many owners would have had a 2012/2016 before"). |

What about Brembos and Sachs ?
And no fuel economy figures so far ? Is the brake booster being electric a similar design as Ford's idea for the Bronco Sport ? See: 16mins, 34 sec above. |

An eBooster is a totally different layout (which can integrate even the ABS/ESC module on it), with a brake by wire system (plus push rod for safety reasons) |

A little after 16:30, you can see they kept the wheel well space below. Personally, I would remove the foam insert and put in a donut/temporary space saver spare from the previous 86/BRZ. |

Interesting. I suppose one could take it out of the current gen before trading it in. Easy swap.

It will need a threaded location to secure it down with a typical bolt. You don't want a spare flying around in an accident.

Am I missing something or can you only "reserve" a 2022 you can't build and price one? All I see under build and price is the 2020.
