Not really, you empty the catcher on your mower directly into the bags (they are paper but the size of a large yard waste bag. I have a stand the bag goes in so really you just do a direct empty into the bag. One holds about 3 to 4 catcher's full of waste.

Whatever happened to just leaving the cut grass on the lawn and letting it decompose and fertilize it?

Very eventful morning for me between work and conversations with my friend (F).
F: Man I want to clean my engine bay, gonna bring it to the car wash and have them do it. Me: Why don't you just buy Gunk and clean it yourself, great product. F: I want to paint my engine and the alternator. Me: You do realize that is not a simple process and requires good quality paint with good prep right. F: I don't want to bring my car to the shop, its so expensive to do an oil change. Me: Bring it to the house, it's free, just buy the oil and don't settle with that valvoline crap. F: But it's such a hassle, how do we get rid of the oil. Me: You bring the oil to Autozone and its free to recycle it. F: But I don't like getting down there and deal with the plug Me: You get a Fumoto valve. Well gents, I got myself a little padawan. |

Well I am sure that both the blades of grass in the state would be fine.

Last couple of seasons though, I've used a lawn service so it's gotten a lot easier!

Yea, if it were up to me, my lawn would be whatever grows naturally in my region of the world, cut it short enough, it's all green.
