Compilation Threads - Final Edition
Hey all, since it seems 2020 will be the final production year of the current generation BRZ/GT86, I thought about creating final compilation threads regarding modifications for the platform. I've seen some threads not being updated for quite a few years and thought I could start new ones with updated input from members using those parts. I recently bought my 2020 TS and will not be modifying it for the next 5 years so I could also learn about all the possibilities during that process.
Is anyone on board with me or is this simply a waste of time? I don't see the task being too time consuming, would start with exhaust/headers and eventually move up to tuning and forced induction. Always been a sucker for only getting the best parts available out there so if it helps out other members I would be happy to help. Cheers! |

isn't this entire forum just a compilation of the current generation BRZ/GT86? I don't understand what your trying to accomplish.

Sorry if it was confusing. I'm trying to make updated compilation threads regarding performance modifications. If you have a look in each technical topics, you can see there are some compilation threads that have not been updated in a while (some back to 2012), even though members added to the thread. Just trying to make a cleaner more updated version of those.

Disregard, I reviewed the threads and the information is pretty solid. The user who made those is also still active. Thanks for sharing this useful link!

No problem. I feel as though if anything, just call out to add more onto that thread as it is plenty packed with very useful information.

I think the big issue with old threads is the loss of pictures. Tinypic shutting down took out a lot of DIY threads and Photobucket consistently finds some new method of being awful.

I have a 2017 BRZ the regular model, also I won't modifying it immediately&aggresivly.
I would like to drive it originally for a certain period and then gradually to start change any parts to experience different feedback. keep the thread updated to share skills, issues, experiences |
