Can aftermarket seats be installed while keeping all factory safety systems?

Or will not having factory seats prevent airbags and other safety systems from working? I see a lot of things about airbag light bypass resistors and other stuff which has me thinking the answer is no.

There are airbags in the stock seats so no not all systems. There are probably ways to get the sensors in aftermarket for the rest of the bags though.

All of your other airbags will still work after installing aftermarket seats. You will need a resistor with a resistance of 3.3 ohms for each front seat that you replace.

Not only airbag resistors, but also need to somehow get passenger sensor out and put it in or under the aftermarket seat... if you're installing both driver and passenger seats.

Does the it matter if it 1w or 0.5w resistor. My amazon only sells these one I can find. Should they work for 2018 BRZ. I just replaced driver seat with a sparco.
