For that price range you can buy the latest Fortune 500 new. You can buy used, some good quality coilovers

I’m taking my Tein SRC’s off today for another set of high end coilovers. They have 30000 + miles. Not necessarily what most would want for a DD. I loved them. AX and a total of 4 track days.
I saw another set of KW 3way for sale. Right now I think you have some good options. On of the better sets Is Tein CSG setup. CSG is one of the more reputable shops around. You are close to RaceComp Eng. Another awesome shop. You might find some MCS, used for sale. All depends what your looking for in the end. And you are close to Fortune Auto. They come with front endlinks. Get the roller bearing upgrade. Sring rates and brand of springs are your choice. I went with 6k front 7k rear FA springs.

Keep in mind, if they don't come with top hats you're going to need some adjustable toe and camber if you plan to go 1" or lower.
